Things people usually ask
Do I need any financial background before joining?
No prior knowledge is assumed. Our programmes are designed for people who have reached a stage of life where financial decisions carry real weight but the subject can feel opaque. You bring your experience; we provide structure and space to examine it.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held at our premises on Jalan Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. The venue is accessible by public transport and parking is available nearby. Evening and Saturday morning timings are offered to accommodate working participants.
Are you licensed to provide financial advice?
Bayu Sentosa operates as an educational provider. We do not hold a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence and do not sell or recommend specific financial products. Our programmes help you understand, not decide for you.
How is my personal information handled?
Your information is held in confidence and processed under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not share participant details with third parties for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I attend more than one programme?
Yes. Several participants have attended two or all three programmes across different periods. There is no required sequence, though many find that Slow Money Conversations makes a natural starting point before moving on to Investment Foundations.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least seven days before the programme begins. For later requests, we will do our best to arrange a transfer to a future cohort. Please contact us and we will find a reasonable way forward.
